C.C. JENSEN A/S is looking for Global Business Engineering interns with Mechanical specialisation – 2024 spring semester

Rotating equipment used for power generation such as turbines require clean and dry oil for optimal lubrication and hydraulic control. Without clean and dry oil energy cannot be generated reliably and efficiently. CJC Off-line Oil Filtration is designed to keep oil ultra clean, to remove submicron particles, water, and oil degradation products from the oil. We supply CJC Off-line Oil and fuel Filtration equipment and services to all sorts of power plants, from Nuclear Power Plants to modern combined cycle natural gas turbine and waste power plants. Renewable power generation plants like Hydro, Concentrate Solar, Geothermal, and Biomass power plants are becoming increasingly important for us. Within the Power Segment we focus on and working with the major Gas & Steam turbines OEM's such as GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Solar (Caterpillar) and engine OEM like MTU (Rolls-Royce), MWM (Caterpillar) and MAN. And this is combined with end-users such as Ørsted A/S, Vattenfall, E. ON, Enel and many other across the entire globe.

Your Projects:
During your internship at C.C. JENSEN, you will be working in the Power segment & Global Service product group. You will be assigned one or two larger projects where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself both technically and commercially. During your internship, you will be assigned a mentor, for daily sparring and guidance.

• Value-based selling tools - Develop and implement sales tools to support value-based selling like value proposition and service package calculators and this including lifetime extension, economic benefits (ROI) and ecological and sustainability benefits, CO2 reduction.
• Sales standardization - Help us to sell more standard products & Service. Develop and implement Application catalogues, Dimensioning guidelines, standardized product and service quotations.
• Service development – Support us on day-to-day making of service instruction guides and refurbishment product modules, updating of technical documentation, sales & marketing presentations and field application studies.
• Market development - Conduct a market analysis for the Transformer market, and based on this, develop a business strategy, sales & marketing plan. Drive and lead the development of Sales Tools for the transformer market: Applications Catalogue, Sales Presentations, Dimension guidelines, and ROI business case calculator.

There will be the possibility to do on site testing and visiting customers in Denmark or globally.

Your working day will be an alternation betweenlarger projects and being a part of the global sales team, where your daily tasks could also include:

• Creating sales quotations and dimensioning of customized CJC Filter solutions.
• Prepare presentations and media content to be used in the Transformer sub-segment.
• Assist in validating and improving data quality in Dynamics D365.
• Writing/updating customer case stories, references, and application catalogues. Possibility to participate in exhibitions in together with our colleagues in e.g., US

In depth introduction and hands-on experience
As an intern at C.C. JENSEN, you will go through a thorough introduction to CJC products and services, properties in oil, and the importance of clean and dry oil.
In addition to these projects and daily tasks you will also get the opportunity to visit customers and subsidiaries with our experienced and skilled Sales engineers.
You will be sitting in an open office landscape in the Sales Department, where there will be a good opportunity for teamwork, on-the-job training, collaboration, and sparring with your colleagues. The possibility of working from home when needed is also possible.

Bachelor Thesis & Future possibilities after the internship
During your internship it is common that a bachelor thesis project is identified for you to work with after the internship period, which at the same time also opens the opportunity for a student job, until you finish your studies.
