We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.

A strong background in sales, preferably with experience in a leadership or training role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process.
Solid experience in designing, implementing, and delivering effective sales training programs with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation to industry best practices.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications in sales training and enablement would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely, facilitating effective training sessions.
Strong analytical abilities to assess training program effectiveness, measure performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve program goals.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities

Sales Training Development:
Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and other relevant skills to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.

Graduate Program Management:
Develop and oversee a structured graduate program aimed at nurturing and developing entry-level sales talent, including creating onboarding materials, curriculum, and evaluation processes.

Training Delivery:
Act as the primary facilitator for sales training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Sales Content Creation:
Develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support ongoing learning and provide resources that enable the sales team to communicate value propositions to clients effectively.

Performance Measurement and Analysis:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales training programs and the overall effectiveness of the sales enablement strategy. Analyze data to make data-driven improvements to training initiatives.

Founded in 2021, Whistleblower Software is a tech company with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Madrid. We aspires to help our customers solve the technical and ethical issues of implementing a whistleblower solution. With a strong platform for employee reporting, a possibility for an anonymous conversation, and a robust toolset of case management, our platform is responsible for all the technicalities in the whistleblowing process.

Due to the new EU Whistleblower directive, companies above 50 employees must implement a whistleblower channel in their business. The Whistleblower Software system helps companies to implement a compliant solution that is both secure and transparent. Companies of all sizes can use our solution.

Our specialty is helping client-focused companies and associations such as compliance agencies, lawyers, and accountants facilitate the best solution for their client base. Our solution makes sure that both confidential and completely anonymous reporting is possible for the whistleblower.
