The Position

As an Associate Manager your primary role will be to act as a Track Lead in operational readiness Track preparing the team, processes, and organization to get ready to operate the new facility and support the core operations. Beside this you will manage your team based on respect and humility and have a strong focus on their personal development.

The new factory is currently being designed by your team and other teams in the organization. Your area of responsibility will be within production and production support. Internal collaboration with other line managers, project managers and employees will be an essential part of your job.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

Track Lead in Operational Readiness (OR) ensuring new business processes and documentation is in place to operate. Hiring more employees according to the needs defined in the ramp up plans for the upcoming facility. Coordinating the execution of the training plan for new and existing employees across the area. Conducting performance reviews, providing technical and behavioral feedback as well focusing on employee development. ​​​​​​​ Qualifications: To succeed in this role, we imagine you have: A degree within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Experience working within a production environment under GMP regulations. Previous people management experience, preferably from pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of LEAN methodology and production environment within digitalization and automation (a plus). Fluent communication in oral and written both English and Danish. ​​​​​​​ As a person you are passionate about your work and thrive for excellence. About the department: For the next 2,5 years, you will be part of the project organisation, seeing the project all the way through to operation. You will also be affiliated with the Manufacturing Department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field.
