The Role & Department
The student worker will primarily support the employees in the Trial Analytics and Visualization team within Digital Development and the HoF/Team Lead with various tasks related to activities on the trials or in the department.
This position is fixed-term for 5 months.
Main Responsibilities Include
The Student Worker will support the team with various tasks:
- Administrative tasks in relation to release and maintaining the portfolio of dashboards
- Maintenance of QMS and TMF documents for GenSense applications in GenDocs
- Preparation of Periodic Reviews
- Documentation of GenSense training activities
- Maintenance of training and access matrices
- Logistic activity during trial specific application setups (meeting tracking, draft minutes, etc.)
- Regular updates to trial budget status and invoicing
- Quality control tasks in relation to release and maintaining the portfolio of dashboards
- Support troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of dataflow errors, and/or incidents discussed with IT Service Desk
- Development of administrative tools to support dataflow surveillance and various data checks General
- Support the GSLs with ad hoc activities, e.g. call for meetings, printing of trial-related material, upload of documents to eDoc and GenDocs
- Preparation for audits/inspections (printing of material etc.)
Requirements
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- A quality-focused mindset
- Experience in document creation and management
- Proficiency in written English
- Proven experience working in teams
- Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines
- Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic and goal orientated
- A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Scientists, Trial Managers, Data Managers, Clinicians, vendors labs) to support product development strategy
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
This position is located in our HQ in Copenhagen, and we expect you to be working 15-20 hours.
