Rolle og ansvarsområder
Som Quality & Compliance Manager er du den primære drivkraft bag sikringen af, at vores produkter lever op til de højeste kvalitetsstandarder og lovgivningsmæssige krav. Du har ansvaret for at definere, implementere og vedligeholde vores kvalitetsstyringssystemer. Din fornemste opgave er at sikre, at alle aspekter af vores produktionsprocesser overholder vores kvalitetsstandarder og skaber enestående kundeoplevelser. Rollen refererer til CEO.

Opgaver

  • Led et kvalitetsteam og en teamleder for teknisk dokumentation, mens du opbygger og implementerer omfattende systemer for kvalitets-, miljø-, sikkerheds- og arbejdsmiljøcertificeringer, herunder ISO-standarder.
  • Overvåg produkt- og tjenestekvaliteten, identificer afvigelser og iværksæt korrektioner. Lede både interne og eksterne audits for at sikre overholdelse af standarder og lovgivningsmæssige krav.
  • Fremme stærke relationer med leverandører og underleverandører for at sikre levering af materialer af høj kvalitet og håndtere kundereklamationer i samarbejde med Operations- og salgsafdelingerne.
  • Udarbejde kvalitetsrapporter for at dokumentere og forbedre kvalitetsniveauet samt lede udviklingen af ændringssager (CoC), PFC/FCS-certificering og produktcertificering.
  • Iværksætte relevant medarbejdertræning for at opretholde høje kvalitetsstandarder.

Din uddannelsesbaggrund er sandsynligvis inden for kvalitetsledelse, ingeniørvidenskab eller en lignende teknisk disciplin.

Kompetencer

  • Solid erfaring med ledelse, såvel ledelse af medarbejdere som ledelse af ledere. Du har fokus på at sætte retning, skabe relationer og fostre udvikling og et sundt samarbejde i din afdeling
  • Erfaring med ledelse af kvalitetsstyringssystemer, gerne fra en produktionsvirksomhed.
  • Stærke kompetencer inden for projektledelse og erfaring med at drive kvalitetsforbedringsprojekter.
  • Dyb forståelse for kvalitets-, miljø- og arbejdsmiljøstandarder og certificeringer, herunder ISO.
  • Evnen til at arbejde strategisk med kvalitetsudvikling såvel som taktisk, operationelt med kvalitetsdrift.
  • Evnen til at kommunikere effektivt på alle niveauer i organisationen, på dansk og engelsk.
  • Et kommercielt mindset med forståelse for, hvordan kvalitetsledelse bidrager til virksomhedens overordnede mål.

Om Troldtekt
Siden 1935 har Troldtekt produceret akustikplader af naturmaterialet træ og cement udvundet fra den danske undergrund. Virksomheden designer, udvikler og fabrikerer pladerne i Danmark – af lokale materialer og under moderne, miljøskånsomme forhold.

Troldtekt akustik er i dag en af de førende og foretrukne løsninger til at skabe et godt lydmiljø og akustikpladerne beklæder lofter og vægge i kontorer, erhverv, skoler, institutioner, kultursteder, sportscentre, svømmehaller og private boliger. Ikke mindst i den minimalistiske arkitektur, hvor de mange hårde flader sætter akustikken på prøve, gør Troldtekt en forskel, der kan høres.

Troldtekts vision er at være trendsætter inden for intelligente akustikløsninger med fokus på et bæredygtigt indeklima. Derfor udvikles løbende nye specialprodukter til den moderne arkitektur i tæt samarbejde med fagspecialister, arkitekter og andre byggerådgivere.

Troldtekt har siden 2022 været en del af den børsnoterede irske byggekoncern Kingspan Group, der har aktiviteter i over 70 lande. Med programmet "Planet Passionate" har Kingspan ambitiøse klimamålsætninger, der er i tråd med Troldtekts Cradle to Cradle-strategi. Kingspan vil være en virksomhed uden affald til deponi i 2030 og have en CO2-neutral produktion uden netto-udledninger i 2030.
