The Position

We're seeking a Process Supporter to join our dedicated team of 11 supporters. This role is tailored to fit your level of experience, whether you are a seasoned senior or someone with a few years under your belt. You'll enjoy the camaraderie of a close-knit environment within a dynamic and fast-paced setting, where high-quality production and patient safety are paramount.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Provide support for daily production of assembly and packaging.
  • Tackle deviation handling, change request cases, and systematic problem-solving.
  • Engage in optimizing projects of various kinds.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to maintain our high standards.

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you have:

    • A Master's degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar.
    • Experience in GMP production.
    • A LEAN mindset and experience with systematic problem-solving.
    • Skills in handling and compiling deviations and editing QMS documents.
    • Full proficiency in oral and written English and Danish.

      Personally, you should be curious, cooperative, and respectful of your work. You should thrive in taking on challenges, leading initiatives, and working systematically to resolve issues. Excellent communication skills are essential in our team-oriented environment.
