Som Senior Software Project Manager bliver du ansvarlig for at lede og gennemføre kundespecifikke softwareprojekter til bagagehåndteringsanlæg til lufthavne verden over. Som projektleder er du ansvarlig for, at projekterne leveres indenfor de aftalte rammer for budget, ressourcer og kvalitet. Du er endvidere ansvarlig for, at alle interessenter i projektet håndteres professionelt og med veludviklet situationsfornemmelse.

Som leder sætter du klare mål, giver faglig og personlig sparring samt skaber motiverende og udviklende rammer for dine medarbejdere i projektet. Projekternes omfang, kompleksitet og varighed kalder på alle dine organisatoriske og strukturelle kompetencer, og du velkommer og respekterer definerede projektmodeller og -processer.

Mere specifikt indeholder jobbet bl.a. følgende:

  • Ledelse af projektteam på 5-10 personer, bestående af bl.a. arkitekter og udviklere
  • Deltagelse i alle projektets faser – fra specifikation og design over udvikling til idriftsættelse og overdragelse
  • Ansvarlig for projektets gennemførelse samt overholdelse af deadlines og budgetter
  • Ansvarlig for den samlede softwareleverance
  • Præsentere softwareløsninger for kunder og interne stakeholders
  • Planlægge softwareinstallation og beslutte teststrategi
  • Bidrage til opbygning af langsigtede og strategiske kunderelationer

Brug dine kompetencer på en ny måde

  • Du har solid erfaring i ledelse, udvikling og leverance af komplekse softwareprojekter
  • Du har en relevant uddannelse på kandidatniveau indenfor IT, software el. lignende
  • Du har erfaring med projektdiscipliner som risikoanalyse, estimering, planlægning og budgetopfølgning
  • Du har minimum et par års erfaring som personaleleder
  • Du skaber tryghed og tillid, når du håndterer interessenter på alle niveauer, interne såvel som eksterne
  • Du har gerne en certificering i PMI, IPMA eller tilsvarende. Kendskab til CMMI vil være en fordel
  • Du har en stærk forretningsforståelse og næse for det gode købmandskab
  • Du taler og skriver engelsk på højt niveau

Du er analytisk stærk og gennemskuer let komplekse opgaver. Du er en teamplayer, der samarbejder og kommunikerer ubesværet på tværs af organisatoriske niveauer. Du udviser rettidig omhu og handlekraft, der smitter af på dit team. Du bidrager med en løsningsorienteret og positiv indstilling samt et godt humør.
