Det job, der venter på dig
Som Senior Project Manager vil du få en nøglerolle i at realisere vores vækst inden for vores ERP-forretning, hvor din primære opgave bliver at lede CGI ́s leverancer til vores nye kunder. CGI's leveranceteam består af projektleder, forretnings- og it-arkitekter, konsulenter og udviklere.

Vi sammensætter teamet når vi kender opgavens omfang – og vi stiller altid med det bedste hold til den konkrete opgave. Du kan derfor opleve større og mindre projektgrupper, samt at arbejde på tværs af organisationen, men altid med kundens løsning for øje.

Som Senior Projekt Manager får du det primære ansvar for at styre projektet sikkert i hus, i samspil med teamet, kunden og underleverandører. Du vil blive involveret i alle facetter af projektledelsen som planlægning, opfølgning, budget, rapportering mv, samtidig med at du har det overordnede ansvar over for kunden, og dialog med denne.

Din baggrund
Vi søger den erfarne IT-projektleder, der forstår sammenhængen mellem teknik, organisation og økonomi, og som kan dokumentere dette. Samtidigt forstår du leverancesammenhænge og vigtigheden af at prioritere disse rigtigt.

I din projektlederværktøjskasse ligger der certificering i f.eks. PRINCE2, IPMA eller PMI. Der ligger også gerne erfaring med gængse projektmodeller herunder SureStep.

Du har som minimum fem års erfaring som projektleder af store it-projekter, gerne indenfor Microsoft Dynamics, og du mestrer projektledelsesdisciplinen med alle dens facetter. Du trives i samspillet mellem interne og eksterne, hvor du håndterer styregruppearbejdet samtidig med at du opbygger relationer til kunder og samarbejdspartnere.

Som projektleder kommer du til at tage lederskabet i store og komplekse it-projekter med mange interessenter.

Du er ikke bange for at gå forrest og føre taktstokken, men du er samtidig lydhør overfor teamet, og ser værdi i at videndele og spare på tværs af teamet. Mod kunderne er du forhandlingsvant og løsningsorienteret, og du evner leverandørstyring både i forhold til tredjepart og underleverandører. Du er stærk kommunikativ, og formår at kommunikere præcist internt såvel som eksternt på dansk som engelsk.

Du trives med at navigere i et internationalt og til tider politisk miljø. Du er initiativrig og selvstændig, og din faglige stolthed smitter af på de høje krav, som du stiller til dig selv og kvaliteten i dit arbejde.

På trods af de mange bolde i luften, så bevarer du overblikket i en travl hverdag, og opsamler hurtigt den fornødne indsigt til at kunne træffe de rette beslutninger for projektet, kunden og CGI.

Hos CGI er din udvikling som Project Manager vigtig for os. Derfor har vi sat knowledge sharing i system, hvor vi blandet andet afvikler løbende interne træningssessions med relevante temaer. Derudover har vi et stærkt internationalt samarbejde omkring Dynamics og har blandt andet flere internationale projekter med projektdeltagere fra flere lande. Individuelle udviklingsplaner er et stort fokusområde i CGI – og skulle en medarbejder ønske at udfordre sig selv i en ny rolle eller nye opgaver, så er vi mere end lydhøre over for dette.
