Job description

As a pastry cook, you will be responsible for preparing and baking desserts, sweet pastries and other baked goods according to company recipes.


Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Baking mithai such as Gulab Jaman, Rasgulla, Laddu, Barfi, Jaleebi.
  • Monitoring of the production process, the defined process specifications and product quality
  • Organisation, monitoring and control of the baking processes
  • Quality Controls

Skills:

  • Required education: Must have minimum 6 years experience
  • Knowledge of the Urdu/Punjabi language are required.
  • Working hours and place of work:37 hours per week
