Responsibilities

We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start.

Strategic Partnership Development:
Lead the development and execution of a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives growing from one product to a platform of products, and at the same time streamline and professionalise the partnership organisation.

Partner Program Development:
Design and implement partner programs that incentivize sales, collaboration, and mutual success. We want to get a larger share of wallets and continued focus from the current partners, convert them to also deal with our platform offering and take advantage of the synergies between the two. You should develop and manage structured programs to support the diverse needs of our 500 partners working in different programmes and tiers.


Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Define and track key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships. Collaborate with partner managers to ensure they meet and exceed their performance targets

Qualifications and about you

Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the SaaS industry.Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships, preferably in compliance tech or a related field.Experience in building and executing strategic partnership frameworks to support business expansion.An advantage of having experience in the compliance industry and working with partnerships of layers, accountant firms and DPOs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team of partner managers indirectly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including country managers, sales teams, marketing teams, and product development teams.Experience fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding partnership performance targets. Founded in 2021, Whistleblower Software is a tech company with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Madrid. We aspire to help our customers solve the technical and ethical issues of implementing a whistleblower solution. With a strong platform for employee reporting, a possibility for an anonymous conversation, and a robust toolset of case management, our platform is responsible for all the technicalities in the whistleblowing process.

Currently, we are a team of +80 people from 13 nationalities operating in multiple European markets. We are one of the fastest growing SaaS scale-ups.

The goal is straightforward; to set the new standard for whistleblower solutions across Europe.

Due to the new EU Whistleblower directive, companies above 50 employees must implement a whistleblower channel in their business. The Whistleblower Software system helps companies to implement a compliant solution that is both secure and transparent. Companies of all sizes can use our solution.

Our specialty is helping client-focused companies and associations such as compliance agencies, lawyers, and accountants facilitate the best solution for their client base. Our solution makes sure that both confidential and completely anonymous reporting is possible for the whistleblower.
