Financial Trainee at Loan & Save Bank
Welcome to our new employees who will start in our financial trainee program on February 1, 2025.

**Something Special**: Join us for a challenging program with opportunities for personal and professional development, as well as individual mentorship. As a financial trainee with us, you will have a 15-month period where you will be assigned to an advisory center and become an integral part of our advisory team.

From day one, you will work alongside experienced colleagues, taking responsibility for your own client portfolio, providing advice at a high professional level. In addition to your daily tasks at the advisory center, you will participate in a training program that includes courses in investment, housing, credit, pension, and communication.

We highly value your start with us, which is why you will be assigned a personal mentor to support you throughout the program. These 15 months will ensure you have the necessary time and space for learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance or Financial Economics
• Outgoing, proactive, and passionate about advising private clients
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic in your approach to tasks
