Your position
In your role as a Project Planner, you will be a valuable member of our Consulting Services Department which is set to face tremendous growth in the coming years.

You can expect to be professionally and personally challenged, and to become an integral part of a dedicated team always striving to deliver the best solutions.

Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or from our office in Copenhagen. The position is full-time and 30-50 travel days per year offshore and onshore to clients should be expected.

Your tasks & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience with project management form the oil & gas industry, exceptional planning skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6 software. As a Project Planner, you will have an active participation in the implementation of specific long-term projects. This includes focus on the development and maintenance of project plans.

You will act as an active sparring partner for projects managers and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Project Planning – including developing project plans to be shared with clients as well as other project members.
  • Utilize Primavera P6 software to monitor project progress and manage project timelines.
  • Progress summaries and histograms according to internal procedures and customer-specific requirements
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Input for weekly and monthly reports.

Your profile & qualifications
As a person you are proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible. You are structured and analytical in your work, and you can handle many tasks simultaneously. You can work independently as well as part of a team.

You have more than 5 years of experience with project planning, and you:

  • Hold a degree in engineering or have equivalent qualification such as experience planning on large-scale technical projects.
  • Have more than 5 years of project planning based on Primavera P6 software.
  • Understand the various processes related to project management.
  • Have through data knowledge.
  • Have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Are fluent in oral and written Danish and English
