I rollen som Bid Manager for Grid Automation vil du indgå i vores Grid Automation Europe tilbudsteam. Tilbudsorganisationen er international og placeret forskellige steder i Europa. Vi opererer på et dynamisk og voksende marked og søger nu at styrke teamet med en erfaren Bid Manager med hjemmebase på vores Skovlunde kontor.

Jobbet
I denne rolle er du ansvarlig for at lede tilbud fra den indledende dialog med kunden til kontraktlukning og overdragelse til projektorganisationen. Aktiviteterne omfatter udarbejdelse af tilbud baseret på kundens tekniske specifikationer og andre krav for at opnå både markedspris, kvalitetstilbud og en lønsom forretning.

Dit arbejdsområde vil være markedet for Grid Automation, og du får mulighed for at håndtere en række forskellige udbud på vores markeder. Fokus vil være enten vores projektforretning eller vores hurtigt voksende serviceforretning og vil afhænge af din interesse og erfaring.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  • Oprettelse af kommercielt, juridisk og teknisk optimerede tilbud af høj kvalitet baseret på kundes specifikationer
  • Definition af leveringsomfanget, der skal tilbydes
  • I tæt samarbejde med Supply Chain Management at indhente tilbud fra underleverandører.
  • Omkostningsberegninger og fastlæggelse af omkostninger, profit og salgspris i samarbejde med salg
  • Udbudsplanlægning og rettidig indsendelse af tilbud
  • Teknisk support til salg før og under de tidlige salgsfaser samt understøttelse i kontraktforhandlingerne.

Din baggrund:

  • Videregående uddannelse bachelor- eller kandidatuddannelse) inden for elektroteknik eller lignende.
  • Fremragende teknisk forståelse af området Grid Automation herunder kontrol og beskyttelsesløsninger.
  • Godt kendskab til Transmissions og Distributions markedet.
  • Tidligere erhvervserfaring og god track record indenfor et lignende forretningsområde
  • Stærk forståelse og tidligere erfaring med udbud og kommercielle processer vil være en fordel.
  • Sprogfærdigheder: Dansktalende plus et godt niveau i engelsk er påkrævet.
  • Villighed til at rejse og deltage i kundemøder, op til 10 %
