Bucher Municipal A/S er en del af det schweiziske Bucher Industries, som er en verdensomspændende industrivirksomhed med ca medarbejdere. Til den danske del af virksomheden med ca. 250 medarbejdere, søger vi lige nu en kollega til Aftersales

Et af vores strategiske fokusområder er Refurbishment & Upgrades til den eksisterende flåde. Flåden består af fejemaskiner og slamsugere, som Bucher Municipal leverer og har leveret til markedet igennem mange år.

Hovedopgaven i jobbet vil være at lede og gennemføre de projektopgaver der er i forbindelse med, at der skal udvikles en levetidsforlængende løsning som kan tilbydes i markedet. Ligeledes er der projekter, der skal gennemføres i forbindelse med upgrade-kampagner eller garanti-kampagner, der er målrettet en bestemt gruppe af produkter. Af og til sker installation af Refurbish eller opdateringen af produktet på kundens adresse, hvorfor der må forventes ca. 20 – 30 rejsedage om året primært i Europa.

Sammen med de øvrige kolleger i Aftersales vil du få en væsentlig rolle i at sikre, at de projekter der er omkring dannelse af refurbishment-produkter samt projekter omkring vedligeholdelse og upgrades bliver gennemført korrekt inden for tid, anvendelse af ressourcer og det aftalte omfang.

Du får reference til vores After Sales Director og vil arbejde tæt sammen med øvrige kolleger i Aftersales, teknisk support, garanti samt reservedelsafdelingen. Der vil desuden være stor kontaktflade med resten af organisationen i en matrixorganisation med rig mulighed for sparring og netværk med andre kolleger indenfor Bucher.

Vi forventer en engageret indsats i jobbet, men tilbyder til gengæld fleksible arbejdstider og lægger vægt på at der skal være balance mellem arbejds- og privatliv.

Du bliver ansvarlig for at:

  • Lede tekniske projektopgaver i et matrixorganisations miljø
  • Definere og aftale omfang for opgaverne i projekterne
  • Udarbejde og vedligeholde relevante tidsplaner i Microsoft Project
  • Klarlægge omfanget af de ressourcer (mennesker og udstyr) som skal indgå i løsningen,
  • Frembringe business cases på udvalgte projekter
  • Udvikle forretningsprocesser for håndtering af refurbishment-produkter
  • Håndtere stakeholders

Du har relevant uddannelsesbaggrund, fx Bachelor i global ledelse/projektledelse eller uddannelse inden for fremstilling og produktion. Praktisk erfaring med opgaven er et plus. Det er vigtigt, at du også har kommerciel indsigt.

Lidt om Refurbishment og Cirkulær økonomi
En cirkulær økonomi er en model for forbrug og produktion, hvor produkters livscyklus er udvidet. Dette takket være et miljøvenligt design, der gør det nemmere at reparere, genbruge og reproducere gamle produkter, en forbedret holdbarhed, bedre affaldshåndtering, og nye forretningsmodeller baseret på, reparation og genbrug. Modellen står i modsætning til den traditionelle økonomi med nyindkøb og en 'brug-og-smid-væk'-kultur

Bucher Municipals Refurbishment opgave drejer sig om at kunne reproducere gamle produkter samt håndtere reparationer således, at produkterne kan genbruges i en given installation på en maskine. Bucher Municipal løser allerede en del af disse opgaver, men opgaven fremadrettet, drejer sig om at få konceptet sat i system, for på den måde at skabe mere forretning. Rollen vil nok være 80% projektledelse og 20% procesdannelse.
