ENGINEER TRAINEE

Do you dream of an internship in a highly specialized industry at one of the World's leading companies within sustainable protein-rich food manufacturing? Then you might be our next intern.

We are looking for a mechatronic/automation engineer student for our electrical department.

The duration is 20 weeks, and together with you, we will make individual assignments and plans for your learning. Remuneration follows the recommendation from IDA.

Automation engineer trainee

As an intern in Electrical & Automation, you will work with process automation of modern land-based fish farming facilities using recirculation.

RAS plants focus on robustness, stability, and extremely high availability, as we are working with living organisms which also represents high economic value.

Our facilities consist of several PLC's connected in redundant networks, with a SCADA system on top with extensive data logging.

Your tasks will, among other things, consist of:

Programming PLC and SCADA applications
Develop control interfaces between mechanical and automation systems
Market analysis for PLC, SCADA, and network configurations
