Vi søger en ny Incident Manager, da vores nuværende kollega har valgt at gå på pension. Som vores nye Incident Manager til vores jobcenterløsning, KMD Momentum, vil du blive en del af vores support -og udviklingsteams og blive bindeled mellem disse.
Forretningsområdet KMD Arbejdsmarked tilbyder i dag kerneløsninger til de store spillere, som har ansvaret for beskæftigelsesindsatsen i Danmark; A-kasserne og Jobcentrene i kommunerne.
Om jobbet
Du vil få en række spændende og alsidige arbejdsopgaver, hvor du i tæt samarbejde med support, Product Owners og udviklingsteams skal sikre driften og fejlhåndteringen i Momentum-løsningen.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:
- Bindeled mellem support og udviklingsteams med styring, vurdering og prioritering af de indkomne henvendelser fra kunderne, som den primære opgave. Vi arbejder med kundehenvendelser i Servicenow og prioriteringer og beskrivelser i Microsoft Azure, som foregår på engelsk.
- Løbende dialog med Styrelsen for Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering (STAR) for at sikre driften af den vigtige integration til deres Det Fælles Datagrundlag (DFDG) samt løbende monitorering, opfølgning og intern kommunikation om DFDGs driftssituationen.
- Som en del af releaseteamet vil du have fokus på kvalitetssikring af releasenotens indhold, der udarbejdes i samarbejde med PO teamet, og den konkrete releasetest og –releaseopfølgning i samarbejde med det øvrige releaseteam.

Den ideelle kandidat har en stærk faglig viden om beskæftigelsesområdet med solid erfaring for opgaveløsningen hos en kommune eller A-kasse. Kendskab til KSD og KY kan desuden være en fordel.
