Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a driven and tech-savvy individual to join us as an Engineering Support Technician. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of deploying and maintaining our fleet. While prior deep technical knowledge is not required, we're looking for someone with a natural inclination towards technology and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As an Engineering Support Technician, you will be an integral part of our Engineering Team, providing crucial on-the-ground support for our devices and systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting with installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our solution. This role offers the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of our devices and system at client locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of our devices to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Document and report any technical issues or feedback from clients to facilitate continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A passion for technology and a desire to work in the health tech industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information:
- This is a part-time position based in Copenhagen.
- Travel to client sites will be required.
- Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude for the role.
