Mako Field Service Representative - Nordics
We are looking for an autonomous, dedicated individual to join our team as a Nordic - Mako Field Service Representative. As this is a field-based role for the Nordic region, you should be based in the Copenhagen Region of Denmark.
The responsibilities of the Mako Field Service Representative include undertaking customer support tasks, completing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and tests, and ensuring proper task management so that all work progresses according to the schedule.
To be a successful Mako Field Service Representative, you should have excellent analytical and time management skills. Ultimately, a first-class Mako Field Service Representative should have strong leadership and service skills, they should be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision to achieve the desired outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:
Providing on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks. Delivering, installing, repairing, maintaining, and testing Mako robotic devices. Resolving operational issues in the field. Identifying any issues and performing troubleshooting procedures. Determining customer needs and offering recommendations. Collaborating with colleagues and sharing information to ensure first-rate customer support. Managing work progress and ensuring adherence to schedules. Tracking and documenting work progress and completing service reports. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated high degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers is necessary. Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrated knowledge of robotics or highly complex product; knowledge of capital equipment preferred. Proven track record of working independently, making critical decisions with very limited direction. Multiple project and time management skills. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications required. Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.
