As a Social Media Assistant for Atta's Elegance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our women's luxury underwear brand across various platforms. You will have the opportunity to bring our brand's vision to life by creating engaging content, developing campaigns, and growing our online community.

Atta ́s Elegance is a young fashion startup with a mission to design the (fashion) world into a more responsible one. We focus on introduce the luxury & new designs for women ́s underwear world. Even though we are building a fashion brand, we are not business as usual. We're finding new ways to do things better with environmental and social responsibility in mind. 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
2. Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, and graphics that align with the brand's aesthetic.
3. Manage the social media calendar, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive and interactive community.
6. Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
7. Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products and reach new audiences.
8. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
9. Create and analyze reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
10. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets and brand messaging that align with our overall marketing strategy.
    Requirements:
11. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
12. Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand storytelling
15. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
16. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics
17. Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus
