Om jobbet | Vær med til at transformere kundeoplevelsen i Tryg
Som Product Owner i Warriors kommer du til at arbejde med ny- og videreudvikling af forsikringsløsninger inden for Personskade. Du leverer sammen med teamet end-2-end løsninger til brugerrejsen og skadesbehandlingen. Dette betyder, at vi både udvikler i vores core skadessystemer og på vores web og apps. Vi arbejder med automatisering, blandt andet i forbindelse med AI/ML, for at forbedre og forkorte kunderejsen.
Personskade området består af sundheds-, ulykke-, tand- og arbejdsskadeforsikring. Disse forretningsområder vil være dine primære stakeholders. Du og teamet arbejder mod at digitalisere og automatisere deres forretningsgange til glæde for både kunder og forretning.

Du bliver en del af et Product Management team med 8 Product Owners og en Product Manager, der understøttes af en dedikeret People Manager. Udover det tætte samarbejde med PO'erne vil du have dit daglige arbejde i et agilt udviklingsteam. Vi arbejder i et SAFe-setup i ART'en med en lang række agile teams, der trækker fra samme backlog med fælles ansvar for produktudviklingen.
Digital Claims ART'en er en del af Trygs skadeforretning, hvor vi hjælper kunderne, når de skal bruge deres forsikring ved en skade. Her understøtter ART'en alle Trygs skadebehandlingsområder som en del af den samlede kunderejse.
Vi arbejder ud fra et kerneprincip om fortløbende at forbedre kunderejsen gennem automatisering, enkelthed og innovation. Vores ambition er at udfordre og gentænke kunderejsen og måden, vi forbedrer den på, så vi løbende bliver bedre og hurtigere til at levere værdi til kunderne via data og indsigter gennem agile og lean frameworks og metoder som SAFe, scrum, lean start up og design thinking. Samtidig vil vi fortsat gerne være en fantastisk arbejdsplads, hvor medarbejdere føler sig engagerede og motiverede, og hvor der er plads til innovation, medbestemmelse og adspredelse.

- Skinne gennem teamets succes og føle dig hjemme som en servant leader
- Have erfaring med eller personlig interesse for ML/AI og automatisering
- Formå at sammensætte et roadmap for dine forretningsområder i samarbejde med PM, PO'er og forretningen
- Inspirere og lade dig inspirere af kolleger og kunne holde hovedet koldt op mod PI-Plannings og trives i et travlt miljø
