Join DSV Road and the Product team
Based out of our HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will join the Product team within the DSV Road division. The team currently consists of 9 product owners responsible for the applications that are used in DSV Road.

"Even though each of us mostly works with a wide array of stakeholders outside of the team, we have strong and constructive teamwork where we utilise our common profile," Maximilian continues.

You will be based in Hedehusene, where we expect you to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

Be the interlink between business and IT
DSV develops multiple applications in-house that are used across all DSV divisions, countries, and business areas. Each vertical division (Air & Sea, Road, Solution) has a divisional product owner who works in a group of business product owners together with IT counterparts, ensuring that the applications fit business procedures across the entire DSV group and are in alignment with a modern IT landscape.

You will be the one representing DSV Road when you:

  • Ensure that the applications work in full alignment with road business processes
  • Ensure a good user experience and adoption of the application inside the DSV Road division
  • Are the number one contact for product-related questions in the DSV Road division
  • Ensure that all new functionalities have been properly tested
  • Coordinate training activities to ensure that users and user representatives have the required knowledge to use the application correctly

Strong stakeholder manager with experience in product development
With your solid people and communication skills, you thrive when working across borders, divisions and professional levels – and you are able to adjust your messages to each recipient accordingly.

You also have a personal and professional stamina that enables you to constructively represent our division, and you are motivated by the balance between taking ownership and engaging in close teamwork.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience working in agile setups and in representing business needs in product development
  • Knowledge about the road transportation industry
  • A process mindset – meaning that you can ensure that applications support standardised and automated business processes
  • Written and oral English proficiency
