looking for a Warehouse Keeper based in Hvidovre.

Denmark has set an ambitious goal to upgrade the railway infrastructure. Alstom is the main player in realizing this ambition and has begun the implementation of a new advanced IT-based signalling system called the European Rail Traffic Management System – called ERTMS. The new signalling system must, among other things, increase the safety level on the rails and ultimately contribute to more trains on time.

This position is a Fixed-Term contract for 24 Months.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Record and retrieve information related to supply/logistics including receiving documents and data for input and complete the established input procedures.
• Control the documentation from Alstom suppliers with their deliveries.
• Organize various transport requests to workshops, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure data correctness in the ERP system. (SAP)
• Participate in inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Follow EHS & quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Feeding parts correctly to ensure production line.
• Perform the cycle counting of inventory and make sure parts are on the correct address.

Skills and Education

• The candidate we are looking for has a suitable degree, relevant work experience and is fluent in English. You are solution oriented and have the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
• As a person do you have a high motivation to learn, a multicultural mindset and great communication skills. You have integrity and are a rigorous and reliable team player. You can also follow instructions and solve your tasks in a structured way.
• The candidate must have a license for a forklift car.
• It would also be considered a plus if you can speak Danish.
