What will you do?

Manage daily operations of the Unit
Ensure guests have a good experience, monitor guest feedback and strive towards a great overall dining experience
Effectively forecast, plan and manage team members, inventory and financial goals
Attract, recruit, train new colleagues and manage the team efficiently
Efficiently manage inventory and control costs and waste
Implement strategies to maximize profitability
Strategize towards achieving financial goals of the Unit
Focus on quality and efficiency
Maintain health and safety standards and create and be responsible for a great working environment

Who are you?
Proven minimum 2 years of managerial experience in food & beverage
You are the type of manager that makes everyone happy: you inspire, motivate and help team members to bring out the best in themselves
Working knowledge of various software such as MS Office, POS and time & attendance
Have an eye for detail and can plan approach accordingly
Business proficiency in English
Fluency in Danish is desirable
Will have to provide documentation and a clear criminal record for the last 5 years to pass security checks to work at the airport. For more information please refer to #979
