Du kommer til at indgå i et tværfagligt team, hvor både designere, data-eksperter, forretningsudviklere og UX'ere sidder med til bords, og hvor du skal kunne forstå deres faglige sprog, udgangspunkter og formidle dit eget, så alle er med.

Hvem er du?
Du er ikke nødvendigvis en garvet udvikler med +10 år på bagen, men vi håber, du kan tjekke flere af følgende bokse af:

  • Du har minimum 3 års erfaring – helst inden for web og data. Og har du en uddannelse som f.eks. datalog, IT-ingeniør, eller oven i hatten, så smiler vi lidt ekstra. Det samme gør sig gældende, hvis du har stor erfaring med e-commerce og komplekse data.
  • Du trives med ansvar og ønsker ikke hele tiden at være begravet i kode, men påtager dig gerne den koordinerende tekniske rolle i en række projekter.
  • Du er proces- og analytisk dygtig, kan gennemskue årsager og sammenhænge og håndtere risici i et projekt.
  • Du er udadvendt og komfortabel med at stå sammen med kolleger i forreste række til et pitch og argumentere for dine tekniske anbefalinger.
  • Du følger med i de nyeste digitale trends og tendenser og ser det som et kompliment, når nogen kalder dig en nørd.
  • Du sætter pris på et godt socialt miljø og kan lide at være sammen med dine kolleger – hvad enten det er på arbejde, i gamer-klubben, brætspil-klubben eller til cross-fit.
