Student Assistant, Global Rewards

Sounds interesting? We are a part of the Global HR team in Arla, and we drive all global processes within Pay, People Performance Management and Mobility. As our new Student Assistant you'll be playing a key role in our day-to-day operations and being responsible for your own tasks and providing support to the team.

You will be joining the Global Rewards team. We are 10 people and are organized in a Mobility team that is handling all moves across borders, and a Rewards team – which you will join - supporting our leaders in how they manage organizational frameworks, titles, promotions, competitive pay, incentive structures, benefit programmes and more.

Your role as Student Assistant will be a great opportunity to learn how a global organization is wired for performance. We are quite flexible with your field of study, but having flair for numbers, knowing Excel tricks and/or a willingness to learn fast is a clear advantage.

Your new role will consist of dominantly three parts: Data & Insights, Benefits and Communication & Support. You will be introduced to the world of rewards through training, peer introductions and various tasks - we will ensure that you will grow in role and take on more independent responsibilities as you develop. You will as our new Student Assistant be mainly responsible for:

• Drive our reporting & analytics for rewards, incl. supporting on the data-foundation and insights on pay structures in our markets.
• Supporting the Danish Arla organization on Benefits in corporation with your colleagues from Global Rewards.
• Support on various projects and improvement initiatives across Global Rewards

Being part of our team you would also be working with:

• Projects & Communication; using data to support and visualize our rewards narrative.
• Pay Analysis Projects; support our business with bespoke pay analysis ensuring Arla has attractive pay offerings to our employees
• Global Salary Review & Variable Pay processes

As a person you are proactive and dynamic, you like to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment. You are open and have strong communication skills. You have an analytical mind; are sharp on numbers and see opportunities and solutions to identified problems. Finally, you are a good colleague, like collaboration and are in for a good laugh – even in busy times.

We are very flexible when it comes to fitting in the approx. 15 hours per week as we see your study as your main focus. Hence, we will plan your work around your schedule at the university.
