Opgaver og ansvarsområder
Som Sales Manager bliver du ansvarlig for ledelsen af et team på 9 sælgere, som arbejder med at behovsafdække nye samt eksisterende kunders behov for at kunne tilbyde den rigtige løsning til dem. Du får også et medansvar i at lykkes med vores strategiske fokusområder, og vil indgå i ledelsesgruppen i salg.

Dine vigtigste ansvarsområder inkluderer bl.a.:

  • Ledelse og tæt sparring med sælgerne i dit team
  • Udarbejdelse af aktivitetsplaner og eksekvering heraf
  • Koordinere indsatsen i teamet med resten af organisationen
  • Drive udviklingen af teamet
  • Drive egne - eller bistå øvrige strategiske initiativer
  • Administrative ledelsesopgaver og rekruttering, når relevant

Har du erfaring med Salesforce som CRM værktøj, er det en klar fordel.

Endvidere forestiller vi os at du har:

  • +5 års salgs ledelseserfaring, gerne fra lignende stilling
  • Et strategisk og kommercielt mindset
  • Erfaring med B2B salg og løsningssalg som salgs disciplin
  • Evnen til at indgå i en hverdag, hvor du somme tider selv skal finde ud af samt definere fremgangsmåder
