    Project Lead med overblik, struktur og løsningsorienteret mindset

    Som Project Lead indgår du i den afdeling, der sikrer at alle nye produkter til en af Tradepoints store kunder bliver implementeret på en måde hvor både deadlines og service overfor kunden er i fokus.

    Du vil få ansvaret og ejerskabet af tidslinjen for egne projekter fra første referenceprøve skal udarbejdes, til levering af et færdigt og godkendt produkt. Dette sker i samarbejde med vores salgsafdeling, vores projekt-teams i Asien, samt producenterne. Du er ansvarlig for at sikre at produktet implementeres rettidig, og at alle aftalte specifikationer og gældende lovgivninger er afstemt og godkendt af de rette specialister i organisationen.

    Som overordnet ansvarlig for projekterne bliver du også ansvarlig for, at samle enderne, skabe overblik over kørende projekter, samt flage hvis der er noget der skrider. Dette indbefatter bl.a. at identificere og engagere relevante stakeholders, vurdere og håndtere risici, samt rapportere projektstatus og fremskridt til interessenterne, herunder ledelsen.

    Vi er i øjeblikke på en vigtig og spændende rejse i projekt-afdelingen, hvor vi går fra at være koordinerende til mere projekt-ledende. Dette betyder også, at du som Project Lead vil indgå i en rolle, hvor der for en periode fortsat vil være behov for en mere direkte koordinering af projekterne og hvor du kan være med til at påvirke hvordan vi skal arbejde fremadrettet.

    Erfaren koordinator, som er klar til at bidrage

    Vi forestiller os at du har erfaring med koordinering og styring af produkter eller projekter, samt samhandel på både nationalt og internationalt plan, herunder med Fjernøsten. Du er bevidst om vigtigheden af at have en proaktiv tilgang til at løse opgaverne. Struktur og overblik er en nødvendighed for at holde mange projekter i luften og få dem landet rettidigt og korrekt. Samtidig trives du i en dynamisk organisation og omverden, hvor du motiveres af de udfordringer der opstår.

    I rollen som Project Lead vægter vi også, at du

    • er god til at kommunikere på tværs af kulturer og niveauer – og forstår at kombinere gennemslagskraft med en tillidsskabende og serviceminded indstilling.
    • har en åben og positiv indstilling, hvor du demonstrerer teamspirit i samspil med løsning af individuelle opgaver.
    • har en robusthed og samtidig er omstillingsparat, da vi hele tiden tilpasser os omverdenens krav.
    • behersker engelsk i skrift og tale på avanceret niveau.
    • er en habil bruger af MS Office/MS Dynamic 365.
    • har relevant branche erfaring og/eller erfaring med samhandel med Asien.
    • har erfaring fra projektledelse. Dette vil være en fordel men ikke et krav.
