Your Role as a Junior Consultant at NNITWorking as a Junior Consultant at NNIT, you can expect to be involved in various customer engagements, managing and delivering projects, and assisting in defining the strategy and customer approach. Tasks and responsibilities can vary from business case definitions to facilitation to specific delivery responsibilities. Being a Junior Consultant will require you to be flexible and responsive in terms of taking on various roles and responsibilities to help ensure the delivery of top-tier digital solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities range from that of a Project Manager Assistant, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, etc., as well as work on projects that require you to use modern digitalization tools including PowerBi, PowerApps, or Azure. You will also have the opportunity to work on various internal projects that will help strengthen and expand our business to chase the best digital solutions.
Becoming Part of NNIT ConsultingOur Microsoft Advisory and Technology unit consists of approximately 150 consultants, with 40 of them specializing in consulting. You will be part of our Young Talents team, working alongside other Junior Consultants and Graduates. Your career development is of great importance to us, and we will nurture your skills and competencies through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and relevant training.
What We Are Looking ForYou are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or have just started a master's degree in business or IT. You have a strong interest in IT, digital transformation, and business development.
You must also be able to recognize yourself in the following:
- You are proactive, motivated, and eager to take initiative.
- You take pride in being focused and precise and are used to high expectations.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
