Responsibilities:

  1. Assist and support Line of Business (LoB) on health and safety (H&S) inquiries across global operations and processes.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to address pertinent questions.
  3. Contribute insights for proactive initiatives based on frequent support inquiries.
  4. Participate in the development and updating of H&S policies, procedures, and systems.
  5. Organize and coordinate H&S meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
  6. Contribute to H&S support SharePoint optimization and ensure effective case processing.

Qualifications:

  1. Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably with a chemical inclination or relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
  2. Possess 3-5 years of experience as an H&S representative, preferably in a laboratory, production or construction environment.
  3. Exhibit a passion for helping and assisting others.
  4. Proficiency with agile IT setups and comfortable with MS Office tools, Co-pilot, and other EHS portal systems.
  5. Fluency in English, the corporate language.
  6. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  7. Effective communication and relationship-building skills with diverse job groups and stakeholders worldwide.
  8. Proven ability to take ownership of tasks, work collaboratively, and drive tasks from planning to execution and follow-up.

You will be part of a team in Novo Nordisk Health & Safety, a unit in the global People & Organisation division. The department is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety with around 55 dedicated colleagues.
