The position as Reactive Native Developer is newly established. The role will be based in our HQ in Copenhagen and will be part of our R&D department, which includes the Engineering team. Additionally, the role will be having close collaboration with the Product team. The role will be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, Joy Lazari.

The overall responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions for our loyalty and payment apps. The objective is to build and maintain a best-in-class mobile experience that enhances customer engagement, streamlines digital payments, and strengthens our loyalty ecosystem while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen. Some travel may be required for company events or collaboration with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver well-scoped milestones for React Native projects.
  • Ensure high code quality and performance optimization.
  • Design software components with scalability, testability, and maintainability in mind.
  • Work closely with product, backend, and design teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Drive technical discussions and provide expertise on mobile architecture.
  • Ensure smooth integration with backend APIs and services.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
  • Advocate for best practices in software development and mobile security.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical documentation efforts.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and address technical debt.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Key Qualifications
  • Have experience using React Native in production.
  • Experience creating React Native mobile solutions for Android and iOS.
  • Understand Google and Apple's design principles and interface guidelines is a plus.
  • Write unit, component and integration tests using Detox.
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
  • Experience working with Swift, Objective C, Java or Kotlin is a plus but not required.
