Senior Consultant – Enterprise Performance Management

As an experienced EPM consultant, you'll be delivering comprehensive strategic transformation projects to our esteemed clients. Our forte lies in optimizing and digitizing the processes and systems of CFO organizations. We offer a diverse range of services, including financial planning, financial consolidation, performance reporting, xP&A, S&OP, and cost and profitability management. We implement analytical and reporting solutions and empower CFOs to establish and enhance resilient finance organizations for the future.

In your work, you will:

1. Support our clients in large transformations in financial and private sector.
2. Work closely with a team in designing, implementing, and optimizing financial solutions and processes tailored to meet client needs.
3. Support or lead implementations of leading EPM solutions such as OneStream and Anaplan.
4. Work in advisory assignments creating, for example, pre-studies and EPM roadmaps for clients.
5. Work with people, lead project teams and/or project streams.
6. Be a trusted advisor to our clients and build long-lasting relationships.

You will also have an important role in continuously developing our business and offerings together with the team, for example by creating and presenting client proposals, identifying new opportunities, and improving our practices. The specific role and responsibilities will be discussed in more detail during the recruitment process, based on your experience and interests.

We are looking for:

• Around 3-6 years of experience in EPM/finance consulting or finance organization roles (e.g., financial planning and analysis, financial accounting and reporting, auditing, controlling or management reporting)
• Curiosity towards technical solutions and prior experience in implementing finance/EPM systems, such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle or Tagetik
• Good project management and sales generation skills
• Academic degree in a relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business or technology
• Fluent communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken)

As an advantage we see:

• Professional certifications and/or developer experience in relevant solutions such as Anaplan or OneStream
• Financial Services industry knowledge / experience (for ex. banking or insurance)
• Data modelling and data visualization skills
