HAMLET PROTEIN is an organization with a strong sense of purpose and a well-established product brand. As a Quality Engineer in HAMLET PROTEIN, you will play a pivotal role in developing our quality area.

Reporting to our Lab and Quality Manager your key responsibilities will be to:

  1. Ensure that Hamlet Protein complies with GMP+FSA and EU Feed regulations
  2. Handle non-conformities, customer complaints, and customer service
  3. Prepare documentation for product registration and for customers/authorities
  4. Conduct internal audits and inspections
  5. Approve new suppliers
  6. Implement cross-department projects

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in quality engineering or equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the quality area
  3. Strong technical understanding and interest
  4. Forward-thinking, strong analytical mindset, and structured way of working
  5. High drive and getting things done attitude
  6. Natural networking skills
  7. Genuine team player and believer in the importance of sharing knowledge
  8. Fluent in English (additional language skills welcome)
