Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Demant Polska Full time

In the audiological solutions group, we are at the forefront of hearing aid development. We contribute to many steps of the development chain, for example, through maturing and specifying novel audio algorithms, optimizing new features and integrating them into our system, or specifying and implementing testing of our products at all levels, all while maintaining our existing portfolio of audiological features.

In your new role, you will have responsibilities that can include:

  • Innovating, developing and optimizing state-of-the-art audiological algorithms with a focus on improving speech intelligibility by means of noise reduction, beamforming etc.
  • Implementing concepts based on solid foundations in signal processing and MATLAB or Python programming.
  • Training, inspecting, and improving ML/AI models using frameworks such as PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, JAX and Numba.
  • Following best practices in terms of code structure, development tool updates and design for test.
  • Maintaining, debugging, and improving our existing features.
  • Enabling new features and hardware by integrating them into our existing system.
  • Listening to and testing our products to ensure and optimize performance.
  • Applying an analytical mindset to break down, learn, and navigate complex systems.
Engineer with experience in signal processing

You have a degree in Engineering with a background in signal processing as well as acoustics, psychoacoustics or similar. We are looking for someone who has experience working with audiological systems, but we are also curious to hear from you if this is an area you would like to move into.

You see yourself as a team player who thrives in working in close collaboration with your peers and who values trust and openness. You put in extra effort to ensure high quality and documentation of your own and your team's deliveries and you are comfortable navigating a large organization and reaching out to the relevant stakeholders.

How to Apply:

Please send your application and CV no later than March 25th, 2025. We have scheduled 1st interviews for March 28th and 2nd interview for April 3rd, 2025. Due to GDPR the documents must be uploaded onto our recruiting system. Looking forward to your application
