Industrials er en del af EG som har mere end 2.500 medarbejdere, der primært arbejder på lokationer i de nordiske lande samt på et fælles udviklingscenter i Polen. Vi udvikler, leverer og servicerer vores egen software til mere end 21.000 kunder i den private og offentlige sektor. I EG Industrials er vi i rivende udvikling, hvor vores løsning primært henvender sig til produktionsvirksomheder i Norden, og vi dækker et bredt spekter af virksomheder i Danmark. Vi ønsker derfor at udvide vores team så vi kan skabe endnu mere værdi for vores kunder.

Efter en større organisationsændring er vi nu klar til at sætte ekstra fart på produktet og på vores services. Vi har ambitiøse mål, for hvor vi skal hen som team og med vores løsning. Vores kunder efterspørger kompetente sparringspartnere, der kan rådgive dem i hvordan de får mere forretningsværdi ud af deres løsning, og det er her du kommer ind i billedet.

Skab værdi hos kunden gennem førsteklasses service og rådgivning
Som vores nye konsulent i EG Industrials, vil du blive en del af et team på 11 dygtige og erfarne ERP-konsulenter. Vi stræber altid efter at forbedre os, for at sikre den bedste løsning til vores kunder. Du vil derfor blive en del af et team, hvor samarbejde og stolthed i at levere fremragende resultater er nøgleværdier. Sammen med vores udviklingsteam vil du være med til at forme og udvikle vores løsning, samtidig med at du leverer førsteklasses service og rådgivning til vores kunder.

Din arbejdsdag vil være præget af opgaver som at:

  • Forstå kundens forretning, udfordringer, processer og arbejdsgange
  • Sparre med og rådgive nøglepersoner hos kunderne
  • Facilitere og deltage i workshops med kunder
  • Konfigurere, levere og implementere løsninger der automatiserer og effektiviserer kundens processer ved brug af værktøjer som vores løsning tilbyder
  • Undervise kundernes superbrugere
  • Implementere løsninger hos kunden
  • Løbende vedligeholdelse af dokumentation
  • Udarbejde testcases og udføre test (system-, integrations- og brugertest)
  • Samarbejde med vores Product Owner

Analytiker der formår at forstå kundens behov gennem IT-teknisk indsigt
Din indgangsvinkel til stillingen kan være mange, men det er vigtigt, at du har IT-teknisk indsigt med et indgående ERP systemkendskab, og du kan finde ud af at bygge bro mellem systemet og virksomhedens processer. Har du allerede kendskab til vores produkt ASPECT4, vil det naturligvis være en fordel, men det er ikke et krav. Vi forestiller os, at du har en uddannelse inden for IT, ingeniør "SCM", eller tilsvarende.

For at blive en succes i rollen er det vigtigt, at du:

  • Har stærke analytiske evner, og har mod på at sætte dig ind i et komplekst område
  • Kan kommunikere ubesværet på tværs af situationer og med en bred vifte af forskellige mennesker på dansk og engelsk
  • Kan omsætte din erfaring med at balancere forretningshensyn og funktionelle krav i it-projekter til konkrete resultater
  • Kan arbejde både i tæt samarbejde og selvstændigt, og ved hvornår du skal søge hjælp hos kolleger
  • Og ikke mindst, at du er en teamspiller, der byder ind med energi, humør og viljen til at lykkes
