Location Aalborg Denmark
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Aalborg Denmark
As an Information Security Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality integrity and availability of our companys information systems and data
Your main duties will include conducting security assessments identifying vulnerabilities and risks developing security policies and procedures implementing security solutions and monitoring network activity for potential threats
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and practices excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks in our companys information systems
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data from unauthorized access or misuse
- Monitor network activity to detect potential security threats
- Respond to security incidents by investigating and taking necessary actions
- Evaluate existing security solutions and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and industry best practices in information security
- Train employees on proper security protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all systems
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles standards practices and technologies
- Familiarity with common network protocols such as TCPIP
- Experience with vulnerability testing tools
- Ability to analyze complex technical data for the purpose of identifying trends or patterns
