The position
As a Senior Project Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously monitor and furnish valuable insights to project managers, to support in ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Craft and present comprehensive reports including financial data and risk overview to management in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Implement, conduct, and maintain regular review meetings with project managers and work package owners.
  • Dive into financial data to uncover trends and variances, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Proactively forecast, monitor, and report on cost burn-rate and contingencies, ensuring transparency and enabling proactive cost management.
  • Support Project Managers and line managers with creating easy-to-understand presentations and reports for various meetings.

Qualifications
The ideal person will have all or most of the following:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or similar.
  • Track record of working with project management methodologies.
  • Track record and solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage.

As a person, you will be self-motivated with a collaborative nature, enabling you to work with diverse teams, fostering an environment of shared success. You'll possess the ability to set clear direction, guiding projects towards success, while speaking with confidence to influence and inspire others towards achieving common goals.
