Senior Management Consultant - Process Optimization, BPM & Operational Excellence

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned consultant to take on a pivotal role within our organization, balancing hands-on client engagements with proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advising and implementing process improvements and business optimization strategies
  2. Developing and executing strategies for BPM and process efficiency
  3. Leading projects and implementing Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives
  4. Driving business development through your professional network
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery

Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least ten years of experience who:

  1. Has a strong background in process optimization, BPM, Lean, and Operational Excellence
  2. Brings a proven track record in implementation and project management
  3. Is an excellent communicator who builds lasting client relationships
  4. Has an established network and experience in business development
  5. Is analytical, structured, and results-driven

Location: We offer a hybrid workplace and would like you to be able to work from any of our offices in either Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Horsens, Stockholm, or Oslo.
