Job Summary:

The Automation Engineer has experience in all phases of project delivery including Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design, implementation, FAT and SAT, testing, CQV as well as ongoing support of GMP facilities. This role is familiar with project delivery and has experience developing all Lifecycle documentation for GMP-regulated facilities including URS (in collaboration with client user team), FS (in collaboration with client process & automation teams), HDS, SDS, Testing Protocols, IQ and OQ as well as various design deliverables or design details such as topologies, dataflows, risk assessments, deviation management, and many others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Science)
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Able to independently drive initiatives and have an agile mindset
  • Have experience on Virtualized Scada system, preferably Thinmanger setup

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of ISA95
  • Hands-on experience with Level 1, 2 and 3 systems
  • Experience and/or certified in GAMP, SRV and/or general Validation & Documentation
  • Have experience in one or more of the following technologies: MES, PCS, IOT, PLC and Industry 4.0.
  • Experience with IT/OT within Finished Production (FP) (preferred)
  • Experience with Serialization (preferred)
