Vi søger en Head of Finance, der kombinerer analytisk skarphed med en strategisk og forretningsorienteret tilgang. Du vil sikre høj kvalitet i økonomistyringen og være en aktiv sparringspartner for den øvrige del af ledelsen i taktiske og strategiske beslutninger.

Med ansvar for en økonomiafdeling på 19 dedikerede medarbejdere, der arbejder med Controlling, rapportering inklusiv ESG, SKAT, dataanalyse og likviditetshåndtering, vil du spille en central rolle i virksomhedens fortsatte succes.

Vi forventer, at du er lige dele kommercielt og strategisk tænkende samt operationel eksekverende på opgaverne.

Ansvar og opgaver
Som Head of Finance vil du have det overordnede ansvar for økonomifunktionen, med fokus på både Financial og Business Controlling. Du vil være drivkraften bag udviklingen af økonomistrategien og samtidig sikre en tæt dialog med nøglefunktioner som Asset Management, Udlejning og Administration.

Dine primære ansvarsområder inkluderer:

  • Udvikling og implementering af virksomhedens økonomistrategi med fokus på både Financial og Business Controlling.
  • Overordnet ansvar for budgettering, forecasting, kvartals- og årsafslutninger, ESG-rapportering, Skat og Cash Management.
  • Sikring af præcis og rettidig rapportering til koncernledelsen og øvrige stakeholders.
  • Identifikation og implementering af optimeringsmuligheder i økonomiske processer.
  • Ledelse og udvikling af økonomiafdelingen, herunder rekruttering, kompetenceudvikling og performance management.
  • Aktiv deltagelse i strategiske og taktiske diskussioner og beslutninger i tæt samarbejde med ledelsen.

Du refererer til virksomhedens Country Manager og arbejder tæt sammen med den øvrige ledelse på tværs af organisationen samt med vores koncernfinansafdeling i Oslo.

Om dig
Vi leder efter en leder, der formår at kombinere stærke kompetencer inden for økonomistyring med en kommerciel forståelse og lyst til at deltage aktivt i forretningsudviklingen.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en videregående uddannelse inden for økonomi, regnskab eller finans.
  • Har solid erfaring med økonomistyring og Controlling, gerne fra ejendomsbranchen eller en lignende sektor.
  • Har et kommercielt mindset og erfaring med at omsætte økonomiske data til værdi for forretningen.
  • Har mindst 5 års erfaring med personaleledelse og trives med at motivere og udvikle teams.
  • Har dyb forståelse for regnskabsprincipper, lovgivning og skattemæssige forhold.
  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk (koncernsprog).
  • Arbejder struktureret og handlekraftigt og har en naturlig evne til at skabe overblik og eksekvering.
  • Er operationel eksekverende på opgaverne.
