Vi søger en ny Head of Accounting, da vores nuværende medarbejder har udviklet sig ind i en ny rolle i Red Bull Danmark. Som Head of Accounting får du mulighed for at udvikle finansafdelingen og sikre kvaliteten i vores processer, herunder rapportering til både interne og eksterne parter.
Du vil blive del af et mindre, men stærkt engageret Finance Team, som er ansvarlig for regnskabsfunktionen. Du vil komme helt ned i detaljen på alle regnskabsmæssige aspekter, og du vil via dit arbejde opnå en dybdegående forståelse for forretningen på tværs af samtlige afdelinger i forhold til retningslinjer, guidelines og overordnet regnskabsmæssig behandling. Du vil i samarbejde med Finance Director løbende videreudvikle accounting-funktionen i Red Bull Danmark.

ANSVAR

Alle de ansvarsområder vi vil betro dig med:

  • Ad-hoc projekter, herunder hjælp til kommercielle projekter i forretningen.
  • Assistance med løbende salgsrapportering.
  • Key user i Red Bulls Customer Profit Management-system på regnskabsdelen.
  • Ansvarlig og key user i vores contract management-system.
  • Sikre overholdelse af interne og eksterne krav og retningslinjer.
  • Kontaktperson til skat og anden myndighed.
  • Sikre rettidig og nøjagtig månedlig rapportering.
  • Sikre og assistere med en række forhold i forbindelse med månedsluk ift. hensættelser, løn, anden gæld, lager osv.
  • Ansvarlig for måneds- og årsafslutning i regnskabsfunktionen, herunder beregning af skat.
  • Have dialog med vores eksterne revisor.
  • Udarbejde, opdatere og vedligeholde processer, retningslinjer og kontroller.
  • Ledelsesansvar for to medarbejdere.

ERFARING

Din viden og ekspertise
der betyder mest for denne rolle:

  • Minimum 4 års erfaring som accountant, chief accountant, regnskabschef eller revisor.
  • Superbruger af MS Excel.
  • Kendskab til SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, BI, Analysis for Office er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Proaktivt mindset, som kan bidrage til udviklingen i afdelingen, herunder med tanke på automationer via robotter.
  • Stærk kommunikator.
    • HD, Cand. merc. eller lignende.
    • Dansk og engelsk.
    • Rejser 0-10%.
