Join Our Team as a Copy Lead: Lead, Craft, and Elevate
Precis is looking for a Copy Lead to head our written content creation team. In this pivotal role, you will manage, develop, and lead a group of talented copywriters, ensuring high-quality and consistent copy across all projects. Your work will be crucial to our client's success, aligning their goals with engaging and effective copy-led concepts.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead our copy team:

  • Manage, develop, and inspire a team of creative copywriters, fostering a collaborative environment that produces high-quality output.
  • Establish the agenda for the Copy Team (in collaboration with other leads), including setting team goals and guiding the development of the area
  • Regularly assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth
  • Work closely with other leads and project managers to efficiently allocate resources within the team to meet project demands, and maintain a healthy work environment.

Develop our copy service offering:

  • Develop the Copy area at Precis through continuous innovation within the specialization and internal representation of the area

Inspire through your craft:

  • Oversee all copywriting projects, ensuring exceptional written content aligns with client goals and brand strategies.
  • Develop captivating copy-led concepts for a variety of clients
  • Take part in pitches and help Precis secure creative opportunities through inspiring copywriting and narratives.
  • Be at the forefront of innovative tools, techniques, and processes relevant to your field.

Manage partner & client collaborations:

  • Be the senior contact for clients, ensuring their copy needs are exceeded and fostering strong relationships.
  • Build strong partnerships with and manage deliveries of copy and translation agency partners.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting for digital placements, such as campaign messaging, concept development, content writing, or web content management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, inspiring, and developing a team.
  • Native Swedish speaker proficient in English, or native English speaker.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively convey content concepts and presentations.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Motivation to be part of developing the next-generation digital agency.
