The position
As a Senior Finance Integration Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Lead and facilitate full finance integration: Design, planning, setup, and operationalisation.
• Manage projects: Stakeholder management, solid and holistic communication, create project and sub-process plans, and own milestone planning and secure appropriate outcomes.
• Drive change management: Identify key change elements across processes, people, and systems in scope for change management; leverage tools, create and facilitate change management plans.
• Implement and enhance financial systems.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong background in finance processes, operational experience.
• Previous experience in leading finance integration projects.
• Proven ability to actively use curiosity to acquire, digest, and translate learnings into process, system, and communication improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project needs.

The Integration team at Novo Nordisk oversees the seamless integration of companies. Our responsibilities include strategic alignment, operational and cultural integration, change management, synergy realisation, and risk management. We collaborate with executive leadership, HR, legal, and external consultants to ensure a coordinated integration process. Our team is based in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where effective project management, strategic thinking, and communication are essential.
