Das erwartet dich
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Unterstützung von Projektteams bei methodischen, organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
- Unterstützung im Projektcontrolling und frühzeitiges Aufzeigen von Abweichungen
- Organisation und ggf. Leitung von Projektmeetings, Workshops oder Trainings
- Verantwortung für das Herstellen von Transparenz und Strukturen im Projekt
- Coaching von Kolleg*innen und reges Teilen von Wissen
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Gestaltung der Rolle Project Office im Wiener Stadtwerke Konzern
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (Uni, FH, Matura), idealerweise in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaft oder Informatik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. mit Projektmanagement-Tools
- Kenntnisse in MS Office und Atlassian von Vorteil
- Hervorragende analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, besonders innerhalb einer dynamischen Projektumgebung
- Teamplayer*in, die/der gemeinsam für einen positiven Projektfortschritt arbeiten möchte
- Den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe, Wien klimafit für die Zukunft zu machen
Das bieten wir dir Gehalt
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.175,00 brutto pro Monat, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
