We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. This is more than just a job it's your chance to experience the Greek lifestyle: incredible beaches, rich history, delicious cuisine, and vibrant city life.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Danish
- Provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction
Requirements:
- Danish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Team‑player attitude and a proactive mindset
- Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
