Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 BI Specialists and 1 Data Engineer. Provide guidance and support to develop their skills. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability within the team.
- Co-create the business intelligence roadmap with senior leadership to deliver proactive insights across the organisation to drive business performance.
- Drive business intelligence projects with stakeholders across the business focusing on value creation. This includes servicing existing data products, prioritising new requests and ensuring end-to-end value creation / adoption.
- Empower and equip the broader organisation to create value with BI and cultivate a data-driven mindset across departments.
- Co-develop the data platform with the data engineering team to enable effective performance management across the business with a high data quality.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in building and managing a high-performing data team.
- Experience with cloud based data warehousing and Tableau / PowerBI.
- Proven track record of creating and executing on the business intelligence vision with a focus on value creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to co-create data product requests based on challenges faced by senior leaders.
The Team
As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will be a senior leader of the Finance team, lead by our CFO Mikkel Bønnelycke, collaborating closely with key stakeholders in all business areas from Product, Commercial to Finance.
