We are looking for outgoing and energetic Sales Associate to join our team in Copenhagen
The role is a part-time position starting as soon as possible at our store on Pilestræde in Copenhagen.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide high service to our customers and create long-lasting relationships with them.
- Listen, inspire, and assist the customers to find the right product for the right occasion.
- Shop assistant duties such as sales, checkout, replenishment and clothing care.
- Provide our customers with an omnichannel customer journey.
- Work with KPI's and perform accordingly to the set budget.
- Be proactive in keeping the store clean and tidy.
In order to succeed in the role, you have/are:
- Experience from working within customer service and/or sales.
- Commercial mindset and previous work experience with personal sales of products.
- Prestigeless way of working.
- True team player and have good communication skills.
- An orderly and meticulous way of working.
- Fluent communication skills in Danish and English.
