Vestas Technology & Operations > Service Supply Chain > SC Risk and Performance

As a member of the Supply Chain Risk & Resilience team, you will develop & implement CIM supply chain planning solutions within SIOP. To do so you need to ensure high availability, by prioritizing and securing capacity for materials impacted by CIM cases. This role will directly affect LPF and overall supply chain contribution. You will have a high degree of stakeholder interaction and diverse nature of activities requiring you to be able to communicate efficiently across the organization and prioritize while keeping the focus on the quality of results.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate demand and supply plan for a platform.
  • Manage and govern CIM planning within SIOP and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Govern overall platform wise platform meeting with CIM PM & technical team.
  • Drive CIM performance meeting with SBUs and various other stakeholders.
  • Provide fact-based opportunities/risks of supply chain performance on CIM cases from a cost perspective.
  • Align demand vs supply plan with all relevant stakeholders (CIM, SBUs, Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics, etc.).
  • Drive task force meetings for critical CIM cases within specific platform, including risk mitigation actions and communication towards leadership team.
  • Ensure high availability, low LPF with an optimal inventory level for CIM relevant materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or MSc. degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or similar or relevant theoretical training.
  • Solid relevant experience with supply chain from a global organization, e.g. within the SIOP/S&OP area.
  • Solid practical experience examining and maintaining supply planning.
  • Experience from the wind or a related industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with MS Office combined with significant experience within SAP ERP/SAP IBP systems or similar.
  • Good understanding of E2E supply chain and the impact on business due to supply chain dynamics.
  • Goal-oriented with a good initiative to complete tasks.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the business and ability to maintain and develop productive relations across teams and regions.
  • Great stakeholder and change management skills.
  • High degree of analytics proficiency and good commercial understanding.
  • Ability to work on ambiguity to provide clarity.
  • Willingness to reach out for solving problems beyond role boundaries.
