About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Process Manager to join our Engineering team in Copenhagen, reporting to Engineering Team Lead Ayo Feldfos, and collaborate with all teams within the organization. To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Incident Manager, who can proactively drive the incident management process to minimize the impact of unexpected disruptions, and take lessons learned to formalize these in ongoing process improvements. In addition to the operational work, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and improving reporting on ongoing incident trendlines, as well as facilitating weekly meetings with senior management and C-level personnel.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and drive the Incident Management Process and streamline the Incident Management Process.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and streamline the process thereafter.
  • Facilitate collaboration on Incident response - support the incident process by ensuring the necessary resources are available to prepare for, mitigate against, and recover from disruptive incidents.
  • Ensure that Incidents with a client/business impact are resolved as fast as possible to maintain the highest possible system availability.
  • Manage external client communication in cooperation with Client facing teams.
  • Exercise controls through existing processes and operational procedures owned by Service Management.
  • Facilitate Post-Mortem meetings and take part in Problem Management work.

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have 5+ years of relevant experience. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have expertise or experience in Problem and Change Management processes, ideally within finance. The role also requires solid project management skills. You are pragmatic and have a solid understanding of payments processing and financial IT infrastructure from an operational perspective. You have a good understanding of the financial industry, and you have a solid analytic foundation.

As a person, you are highly organized and have the ability to cope with complex structures, both theoretical and practical, and apply these skills in high-pressure situations. You have a detail-oriented work approach, and you can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

As Banking Circle is an international company, it's a requirement that you are fluent in English.
