Marketing Specialist

What you'll achieve

As the Marketing Specialist, you will support our digital marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and helping drive brand consistency across all platforms—making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Design basic visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write compelling texts that align with our brand voice and messaging.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor content across platforms like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite.
• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and communications team.
• Ensure brand consistency and creativity across all content.
• Contribute to brainstorming and strategy meetings to support broader marketing goals.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience working with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and detail.
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience working in an international or healthcare-related environment.
• Familiarity with performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
• Portfolio showcasing past work (visuals, campaigns, written content).
