About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Specialist to drive our digital marketing efforts and ensure alignment between our commercial strategy and marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing collaboration with our digital agency (Helion), executing strategic and hands-on digital marketing activities, and contributing to the overall growth and engagement of our merchants and partners.

The Digital Specialist will play a key role in lead generation, lead nurturing, and digital communication, ensuring our digital presence effectively attracts, converts, and retains customers. This role is a mix of execution and strategy, with an opportunity to shape the tone of voice for eCom Nordic.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Collaboration & Performance Management

  • Act as the owner/Point of contact between the company and our external agency, ensuring deliverables align with our commercial strategy.
  • Oversee the agency's execution of infrastructure and content.
  • Ensure the agency remains accountable for lead generation performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Secure that insights on lead performance, lead cost, lead scoring, and sales feedback are integrated into campaign planning and optimization.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Develop and optimize social media strategy, content, and advertising to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and execution to enhance organic visibility.
  • Design and implement lead nurture email flows, ensuring the right messaging, content, and design are in place.
  • Extend our communication beyond lead generation to engage existing merchants and partners.
  • Develop content and campaigns aimed at increasing value for customers, reducing churn, and driving upsell opportunities for Value-Added Services (VAS), cross-sell opportunities, and new payment features.

Strategic & Hands-On Execution

  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution by shaping ideas, creating content, and supporting ongoing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the transition of merging eCom and MS, ensuring alignment and collaboration across Omni, Bundle, and single-legged prospects and customers.
  • Provide Nordic market insights and feedback to Group Marketing to align branding, events, and regional marketing strategies with commercial objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in working with Hubspot.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience managing agencies and ensuring accountability for marketing deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret and act on lead performance data and sales feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience in a transitioning or growth-phase company is a plus.
